He was predeceased by: his parents, Alta Meservy Wittmayer and Theodore Alvin Wittmayer; his wife Rosella Wittmayer; his son Brian Wittmayer; his sister Annetta Comporato; his brother-in-law Anthony Comporato; and his brothers, Theodore "Irvin" and William "Lyle" Wittmayer.

He is survived by: his children, Michael "Mike" Wittmayer (Gina Wittmayer) of Valley Springs, Teri Goulart of Corning and Lori Wittmayer of Stockton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
