He is survived by: his children, Anthony, Phillip and Isabel; his sister Susanna Torres (Javier); his nephews, Mauricio and Daniel; his niece Vivianna; and his grandchildren, Antonia Rios, Tios Jesse Rios (Laura), Trinidad Rios, Ralph Rios and Tia Rosalinda Lacio. He is also survived by his extended family and the many dear friends.
A rosary will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the St Luke's Catholic Church (3847 N Sutter St, Stockton, CA 95204). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery (719 E Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204).
