Fox, Stephen Fox and Anthony Fox; his sisters, Edna Bunnell, Viola Nessler and Barbara Bowers; and his siblings-in-law, David Rodriguez, Joe Velasquez (Vivian), Esther Tankersley, Carmen Guerrero (Frank, Sr.) and Mary Velasquez.
