He was predeceased by: his parents, Serviano Perez and Angelita Navarro. He is survived by: his wife Lupe; his daughters, Kathy Nelepovitz (Paul), Barbara Avila (JR), Cindy Merrifield (Steve) and Diane Pennington (Scott); his grandchildren, Dominick, Gina, Toby, Michael, Cory, Cruz, Lexie, Sophie and Jillian; and his friends, Greg, Barbara, Alice, Visiting Angels of Glendora and Brenda. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and many other family and friends.
