He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Heather (Sam), James, Steve, Mark, Patty, Jean, Ann and Matthew; his stepson Jonathan Martin; his stepgrandchildren, Frank, Sophia Rotondi, McKenna, Samantha and Jack Martin; Melissa Rotondi. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Dining Room, The Gospel Rescue Mission, and Youth for Christ, all causes close to Herbert's heart.
