She was predeceased by: her husband Maddox "Max" Martinez. She is survived by: her daughters, Sally Ann Martinez and Melody Irene Calloway (John); and her granddaughter Symphony Chloe Miracle Calloway. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
