She is survived by: her brothers, Ken Nakatsu and Sidney Nakatsu; her daughter Danise Martinez; her grandchildren, Alexa Martinez and Jordon Martinez; her great grandchildren, Noah Martinez, Jay Martinez and Julian Martinez; her grandson Jacob Rodriguez; her daughter Michelle Okafuji (Scott Saito); her granddaughter Tristan Saito; her great grandchildren, Addison Underwood and Riley Underwood; her granddaughter Taylor Saito; her daughter Melany Lucia (Paul L. Lucia Jr.); her granddaughter Ashlei Head; her great grandchildren, James B. Head, Wyatt Head and Tomiko Head; her grandchildren, Andrea Ripoyla, Paul L. Lucia III and Genesee Lucia; her son Derrick Okafuji (Renee Okafuji); her grandson Edward Okafuji; and her son Edgar Isao Okafuji. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Park View Memorial Chapel (3661 E French Camp Rd, Manteca, CA 95336).
