He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Costa and Anna Costa; his significant other Edwin Baker (Ed); his sisters, Francis Bettencourt and Annie Cassidy; his niece Mary Cassidy; Johnny Cassidy.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Cundiff and Perpetua Fritchie (Bill) of Tracy; and his nieces and nephews, Anthony Cassidy, Liz Ritz (John), Ralph Cundiff (Carol), Krista O'Connor (Bob) and Jerry Cundiff (Jackie).
