Laura Jean Harris Obituary

Laura Jean Harris, 75, of Stockton, CA passed away in her home June 24, 2016. Laura was born in El Centro on November 25, 1941. She was raised in Brawley with 5 brothers, 4 sisters. My mother attended Brawley Union High School and graduating Class of 1960. After High School my mother loved to travel until she decided to go back to school to study Stenography and graduate in that course in 1967. Soon after she took an interest in health Care in 1968, a Certified Nurse Assistant, CNA completed all education courses and worked in this profession for 40 years until her retirement in 2008. My mother was preceded in death by her parents, father, Joe Dean Walker; mother, Julia P. Walker; sister, Caroline Walker; sister, Linda Crenshaw; sister, Hazel Marie Hill, brother, Joe D. Walker; brother, Larry Walker. My mother is survived by myself her only son, Danny R. Walker and two grandchildren of Brawley, CA; sister, Debra Boemker of San Diego; brother, David L. Walker of Stockton; brother, Ricky D. Walker of Los Angeles; brother, Donald O. Walker of El Centro. Peace be with you, God Bless you. Funeral Services will be private.
