She is survived by: her parents, Leo Crivello (Clarita) and Dolores Hernandez; her husband Jose Sr.; her sons, Juan (Dominique), George (Ana) and Jose Jr.; her grandchildren, Mia, Juan Jr., George Jr., Lily and Julian; her sister Angie (Tito); her stepsiblings, Rose, Rena and Ray; Angelica. She is also survived by family members and friends.
