It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Berbano of Stockton, California, who passed away on January 19, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vicente Acoba and Margarita Acoba; her siblings, Purificacion Vallesteros, Frank Acoba, Betty Bonzo, Robert Acoba and Benjamin Acoba; and her stepmother Ernesta Acoba.
She is survived by: her husband Marrino Berbano; her children, Victor Berbano (Lori) and Marilyn Nilsen (Mark); her grandchildren, Daniel Berbano (Klyrisse), Heather Rogers (Kevin), Brian Nilsen (Amanda), Michael Nilsen (Sheila) and Johnathan Nilsen-Occiano (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Eulalia, Ezra, Aleia Berbano, Arabella, Iris, Everly Rogers, Keliana, Noah Nilsen, Adelaine and Clara Nilsen; and her sisters, Arlinda Campo (Tom), Catherine Santini (David) and Christina Hough (Bobby). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews along with 1 great-great grandchild.
