He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Amos B. Adkins (Bud) and LaVerne Adkins; his son William; his stepsisters, Suzanne Rueter and Lisa May; his wife Cheryl Adkins; his stepson Joshua Howe; his children, Christeen and Nicholas (Angie); his stepmother Dorthy Adkins; his siblings, Rick (Linda), Cathy Fithian and Mary Nicholson (Edward); and his stepsister Patti Reekers. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and various nieces and nephews.
