He is survived by: his wife Shari Miller; his children, Jessica (Todd), John (Mindy), Krista (Shelby) and Nicholas (Jen); his grandchildren, John, Luke, Wyatt, Carson, Emma, Eli, Nicholai and Walker; and his siblings, Steve "Dub" Miller and Kathy Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
