He was predeceased by: his son Raymond Anthony Rubio; and his parents, Josephine Antuna and Diego Rea Rubio. He is survived by: his siblings, Priscilla Garcia (Mando), Lorretta Ybarra (Jim), Dixie Carrillo (Gilbert) and Steve Rubio; and his children, Richard Rubio Jr., Renee Rubio, Reyna Rubio, Tanna Rubio, Cyeda Rubio and Roshelle Rubio. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 7 soon to be 8 great-grand children and is survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
