He is survived by: his wife Tracy Fitzpatrick; his children, Katina Owen, Mariah Glover, Dale Salmon, Robert Fitzpatrick, Katie Fitzpatrick and Molly Fitzpatrick; his grandsons, Mason Fitzpatrick and Wyatt Schwyhart; and his sisters, Cheryl Swanson, Carol Lewis and Rebecca Prefontaine.
