She was predeceased by: her husband George A. Withee Jr.; and her son Ronald Withee. She is survived by: her daughter Georgia Joseph (Bobb) of Brookfield Wisconsin; her grandchildren, Kerrigan (Laura), Reid (Kim) and Lydia; her daughter Marian Gomez; her grandchildren, Erik, Ryan and Tyler (Kelsey); her son Robert Withee (Patty) of Stockton, CA; her grandchildren, Melissa (Ben), Patrick and Kyle; her sons, Jay Withee (Ambi Tandel) of Sacramento, CA and George Mitchell (Susan) of Fountain Hills, AZ.; and her sisters, Mary Ballard of Connecticut and Jacqueline Hiers of Florida. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Gospel Center Rescue Mission in Stockton or by slipping a homeless person some cash.
