He is survived by: his children, Tonya Brown and Jeremy Elkins; his stepdaughters, Aimee Adair and Stacey Adair; his sister Rita Pilcher; and his grandchildren, Danyelle Garrison, Johnna Garrison, Nicolas Parsons, Natalia Ordaz, Jade Elkins, Emma Arevalos, Jonathan Elkins, Grayson Flores and Jacey Davis. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Palms Funeral and Cremation Services (303 S California St, Stockton, CA 95203).
