He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Rut and Nathaniel Rut; and his wife Patricia (Pat). He is survived by: his sister Nancy; his children, Laura and Joe; and his grandchildren, Max and Krysta.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Presentation (1515 W Benjamin Holt Dr, Stockton, CA 95207).
