He is survived by: his children, Edward P. Golden, Jerome F. Golden, Martha E. Silva (late Wayne) and Timothy J. Golden; and his grandchildren, Sara Golden (Andrew) and Shannon Golden.

A burial was held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
