He is survived by: his children, Marya Rose Ruffer Fortin (Michael Fortin) of West Olive, MI and Benjamin Martin Ruffer of Norristown, PA; his daughter-in-law Krista; his grandchildren, Paige and Luke; and his sisters, Deanna Lynn Ruffer (Kevin Zartman) and Shyla Helen Ruffer Matthews.
