He is survived by: his wife Vaishali (Deoskar); his children, Aasha and Manoj; and his parents, Dr. K. Krishnan and Annapoorani (Subramaniam). He is also survived by his family, friends, co-workers.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alameda Family Funeral & Cremation (12341 Saratoga Sunnyvale Rd, Saratoga, CA 95070). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at the same location.
