We announce the death of Alta Taylor (Taft, California), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 64. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Taylor; her parents, Mary Stout and James Stout; and her sister Judy. She is survived by: her children, Shella, Bobby and Tom; her grandchildren, Brandon, Mackenzie, Benjamin, Sarah, Ally, Madison, Emily, Laney, Trenton, Willow and Sawyer; and her siblings, Anita, Laura and Jimmy.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home (501 Lucard St, Taft, CA 93268).
