With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice A Bright (Taft, California), born in Governors Island, New York, who passed away on October 26, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Tami Bright; her parents, Murray Dilley and Eleanor Dilley; her stepfather Bertram Legan; and her sisters, Connie Luks and Georgia Turman.
She is survived by: her husband Donald W. Bright; her daughters, Paige Parrott (Dan), Kellie Weaver (Todd), Carrie Lowery (Wayne), Erin Cave (Alan) and Riann Bright; and her grandchildren, Jessica Hartson, Michael Hartson, Vandon Weaver, Brooklyn Lowery and Jack Parrott.
A procession was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service (286 W Main St, Turlock, CA 95380). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the West Side Cemetery (440 E Cedar St, Taft, CA 93268).
