He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Longcrier and Ruth Longcrier-Watson; his stepfather Thomas Watson; his in-laws, Leroy and Helen Thompson; and his grandson Caden Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Thompson-Longcrier; his son Nathan Longcrier (Monica); his grandchildren, Jacob and Emahlynn; and his sister Elaine Martin. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wood Family Funeral Service (321 W F St, Tehachapi, CA 93561). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bakersfield National Cemetery (30338 E Bear Mountain Blvd, Arvin, CA 93203). A reception will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wood Family Funeral Service (321 W F St, Tehachapi, CA 93561).
