He is survived by: his parents, Brad Voorhees and Lisa Voorhees (Gattis) of Temecula, California; his siblings, Kasi Feddock (Scott) of Menifee, Kirstie Madruga (Ben) of San Diego, California and Kason Voorhees of Temecula, California; and his grandparents, Tom, Eppie Gattis of Paris, Arkansas, Maggie Campione (John) of Rancho Cucamonga and Linda Voorhees of Laverne. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
