She was predeceased by: her son Jude. She is survived by: her daughters, Sierra Wainwright (Jakson), Rylee Holquin and Charlee Hope Kalin; her father Russell Phillips; her stepmother Roxie; her mother Susan Smith; her stepfather Owen; her siblings, Denise Vasquez, Michael Phillips (Mary) and Jason Phillips; her stepsiblings, C. J. Tinsley and Kristen Tinsley; and her grandchildren, Delilah, Archer, Zara and Arlo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meadowbrook Mobile Home Park (1220 Bennett Way, Templeton, CA 93465).
