He was predeceased by: his parents, Slim Perkins and Gelean Perkins; and his wives, Alice Lambert-Perkins and Teresa Horton-Perkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Jacki Perkins (Jim Vlahos) and Jennifer Brown Smith (Gorden); his grandsons, Patrick Wright (Maria), Benjamin Brown and Cooper Brown; his great grandchildren, Cameron and Maeve Wright; and his siblings, Andy Perkins (Cheryl) and Paula Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
