He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmello Prizzi and Josphine Prizzi. He is survived by: his wife Angela R. Prizzi; his sister MaryAnn Prizzi Kekler; and his children, Carmine Jr., Vincent and Diane Prizzi Campbell. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
