A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Samuelson Chapel (165 Chapel Ln, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
