She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. Rush, MD; and her children, Rita Jeanette Hickey and Daniel Thomas Rush. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jan Rush), Fluffy (Chick Winship) of Peachtree City, GA, Joseph Rush (Patrick) of Melrose, FL, Robyn Rush (Brian) of Newberry, FL, Margaret Rush (Bernadette) of Tampa, FL, Dick Carmical (Theresa) of Collins, AR, EJ Richardson (Tim Rush) of St. Petersburg, FL, Chris (Silvia Rush) of Oviedo, FL and Elizabeth (William Cottrell) of Belleair, FL. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, and 43 great-grandchildren.
