He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Garcia and Julia Garcia; his brother Richard Garnett; his children, James Garnett (Jan), Johni Lynn Pruett (Ty), Jane Summers (Ben) and Jay Garnett (Patty); and his stepdaughter Lisa Lister (Jim). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
