She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Egide and Marcella Egide; her husband John Cook; and her daughter Debbie. She is survived by: her children, Colleen, Jack, David (Kathy) and Mary; her grandchildren, John (Stephanie), Chrissy (Ben), Kyle (Adrianna) and Laura; and her great grandchildren, John, Barrit, Otto and Casey.
