She is survived by: her husband James Fullmer; and her children, Millicent Jacobson, Barry Fullmer (Katy) and Jeffery Fullmer (Shannon). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM.
