He is survived by: his spouse Lesley; his children, Jamie and Katie; and his half-sister Pip.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Old St. Hilary Church (201 Esperanza St, Belvedere Tiburon, CA 94920).
