We are sad to announce that on December 2, 2023, at the age of 101, Barbara Jene Brannon of Torrance, California, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence West and Effie West; her husband L. B. "Bill" Brannon; her daughter Pamela Jene Gertsch; her son-in-law Tom Gertsch; her daughter Peggy Darlene Bassett; and her son-in-law Charles Johnson.

She is survived by : her daughters, Dianna Johnson and Beverly West (John); her son-in-law Steve Bassett; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Webb, Kimberly Pennix (Alvin), Christin Johnson, Stephen Bassett, Ryan Bassett, Matthew Bassett, Jeremy West, David West, Nick Gertsch (Janine), Lorena Pettinato (Chad) and Michelle Walks (Robert).
