He was predeceased by: his wife Nora Espejo Palpallatoc; his parents, Juan Palpallatoc and Juanita Palpallatoc; and his sister Ellie Pascual. He is survived by: his children, Nida Palpallatoc (Rudy) of Irvine, CA, Nobelyn Salazar (Joey) of Corona, CA, Don Palpallatoc (Adette) of New Jersey, Frank Palpallatoc (Candace) of Louisiana and Dennis Palpallatoc (Tara) of Canyon Lake; his siblings, Delphin Palpallatoc of The Philippines, Tinoy Palpallatoc of Northern California and Walter Palpallatoc (Sony) of West Covina; his grandchildren, Nick, Koko, Jenni, Kate, Jaylyn, Nolen, Talen, Asher, Josh and Sammy; and his great grandchildren, McKena and Luka.
