She is survived by: her children, Karen Mayfield (Richard Shipherd), Kevin (Nikki) and Kyle Ueda; her grandchildren, Michael (Cara), Cory Mayfield (Acacia), Charlie (Tovah), Nathan and Elena Ueda; and her sister-in-law Alice Umetsu. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
