He is survived by: his sisters, Gail Harris (Mel) and Carolyn Salomon (Mark); his sons, David A. Kingston, Anson Sugimoto and Rylan Sugimoto; his nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Amy, Shawn, Bethany and Markus; Hanai. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
