He is survived by: his brother Bruce Burton; his daughters, Lynda Patton, Charlene Burton, Karen Bolen and Cheryl Massae; and his grandchildren, Shayne Benjestorf, Bryan Benjestorf, Chris Ewing, Allen Murray, Nichole Chojnacki, Janelle Chojnacki, Justin Bolen, Brenden Bolen, Jamison Massae and Brady Massae.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chico Cemetery (881 Mangrove Ave, Chico, CA 95926).
