She was predeceased by: her parents, Betsy Helena Caravalho and George Perreira. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Lee Fishel; her daughter Malia Carvalho; her son-in-law Danny Byrne; her brothers, Nolan, Duke and Mark; and her grandchildren, Lily, Poly, Lucy and Stella.
She was also blessed to meet four other grandchildren, conceived through egg donation: Lily, Poly, Lucy, and Stella, who live in Florida with their fathers.
