She is survived by : her children, Heidie Hoffman, Russell (Yari Hoffman), Yvonne (Troy Holt), Kevin (Christine Hoffman), Brian (Jami Hoffman), Robin Hoffman, Renee Hoffman (Eric Richter), Mark (Esther Hoffman), Stephanie (Jed Nielson), Eric (Mali Hoffman), Wendi Hoffman and Kate Grey; and her siblings, Helen Hoffman, Ray, Mary Tomasik, Nancy Adams, Walter, Jo Ann Tomasik, Stephen and Nancy Tomasik. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
