He is survived by: his sons, Michael and Steven; his wife Ann; his children, Jan, Terese, Jean, Thomas and Kathy; and his grandchildren, Alison, Steven, Matthew, Alexandra, Michaela, Kyle, Shane, Sophia, Mack and Stefan.
