He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Stroup and Opal Stroup; and his brothers, James L. Stroup (Arma) and Kevin Stroup (Sharon). He is survived by: his wife Kim Stroup; his children, Vince Stroup (Emily), Garrett Stroup (Angie), Stephen Stroup (Kayla) and Jill Stroup; his grandchildren, Kane, Pierce, Hudson, Parker, Drake, Dylan, Koltlyn, Kolbie, Kaycee and Klayton; and his siblings, Tamara Stroup, Paul Stroup and Mark Stroup (Jennifer).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A rosary will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard's Catholic Church (163 W Eaton Ave, Tracy, CA 95376).
