He was predeceased by: his parents, Cammy Brown and William Brown of Midvale, Utah.; his wife Shelia; his brother Thamer; his sister-in-law Dixie; and his sisters, Sharon and Karen.
He is survived by: his children, Shauna, Hugh II, Douglas and Richard. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
