It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bernard Elbert of Tracy, California, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Victor Elbert and Theresa Elbert. He is survived by : his wife Anne Elbert (Gleason); his daughters, Sally Byers (Scott Byers) and Susan Licad (Louie Licad); his grandchildren, Joseph Byers (Joey), Benjamin Byers and Elizabeth Licad (Lizzie); and his siblings, Mary Fischer (Fred), David Elbert (Michelle), Donna Welz (Tom) and Mark Elbert (Ann). He is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews, including one god-child.
