It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Ernest Silva of Tracy, California, who passed away on April 6, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Silva and Isabel Silva. He is survived by : his sons, John Silva (Karen), Ron Silva (Cathy), Tim Silva, Tracy and Tom Silva; his wife Georgeann Silva (Cooper); and his sister Dolly Hiles. He is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 10 Great-Grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and Godchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A rosary was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard's Catholic Church (163 W Eaton Ave, Tracy, CA 95376).
