He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Avelina Alegre, Anthony and Deolinda Costa; his brother-in-law Robert Herrington; and his father-in-law Manuel Costa.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" III, Nathan and Avelina Costa; his sister Ann Herrington of Stockton; his mother-in-law Patricia Costa; his sister-in-law Stephanie Crawford (Scott) of Tracy; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by his family and friends.
