He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Skarloken Sr. and Betty Skarloken. He is survived by: his wife Donna Skarloken; his daughters, Amanda Heuer (Jimmy) and Rolly III Skarloken (Megan); and his granddaughters, Hannah Heuer and Olivia Skarloken.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (1635 Chester Dr, Tracy, CA 95376). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Valpico Memorial Park (12815 Valpico Rd, Tracy, CA 95376).
