With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Fernandez (Tracy, California), who passed away on October 16, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Pablo Sajonas and Rosita Sajonas. She is survived by: her siblings, Felicito, Norma, Efren and Lito; her children, Jonathan and Lorraine; her husband Eduardo Fernandez; her daughter Mary Joy; her son-in-law Stephen Ramos; and her grandchildren, Symone Stokes, Sebastian Ramos and Jonah Ramos. She is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, and countless family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A rosary will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Bernard's Catholic Church (163 W Eaton Ave, Tracy, CA 95376).
