She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Bartruff and Edward Bartruff. She is survived by: her children, Randy Moehnke, Terry Moehnke (Carol) and Tracy Stipp (Martin); her grandsons, Anthony Stipp and Matthew Stipp (Monique); and her great grandchild Evangeline.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (1635 Chester Dr, Tracy, CA 95376).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Shirley's memory to St. Paul's Lutheran Church for Bella Vista Christian Academy.
